Elizabeth Boan focuses her practice in general liability litigation with an emphasis on cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. She has extensive trial experience throughout the State of Florida and is well respected among her peers, earning Martindale Hubbell’s AV Preeminent Rating.
Ms. Boan received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2003, where she was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. She then received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the prestigious Society of Bar and Gavel and the Moot Court Board. As a member of the Moot Court Board, she was selected to represent the University of Miami at the Robert Orseck State Moot Court Competition. While at the University of Miami, Ms. Boan also served as the Vice President of Community Service for Miami Law Women.
Ms. Boan is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
