
Tamarah Brodsky has been an insurance defense litigator for twenty years. Mrs. Brodsky began her career in New York City where she litigated insurance disputes in the areas of fraud investigations, insurance defense and insurance coverage. Eventually, she moved to Miami, Florida where she handled insurance coverage disputes and litigation for a prominent insurance defense firm. Mrs. Brodsky also served as In-House Counsel for Fidelity National Financial. During her six year tenure there she successfully litigated title insurance matters, and cases against the FDIC-R in the area of closing protection letter coverage. Mrs. Brodsky has also served as senior In-House Counsel for a financial technology company, Knight Capital.
Before joining the firm, Mrs. Brodsky was In-House counsel for FedNat Insurance Company where she handled first party homeowner insurance coverage disputes. Mrs. Brodsky specializes in insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage disputes including bad faith litigation, first party homeowner coverage disputes, and fraud investigations.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and her juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mrs. Brodsky is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida Bars. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
In her spare time, Mrs. Brodsky enjoys running and biking, and most of all watching her son play baseball and her two daughters do competitive gymnastics.
