Brian Guenther has 28 years of litigation experience. He currently handles civil litigation for national insurance carriers throughout Florida. He has experience handling injury claims including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims. He also has experience representing insurers in alleged bad faith claims.
Mr. Guenther began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney where he handled misdemeanor and felony cases. During this time, he began to develop trial skills that still serve him today. He then switched to the civil side and began his career handling all aspects of civil litigation for both defendants and plaintiffs. He has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Association since 2004 and gained the title of Super Lawyer in 2006. He became a certified mediator in 2017. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida.
Mr. Guenther grew up in the Tampa Bay area and has volunteered in his community in many ways. He has served on his church’s Parish Council and as chairman of his children’s School Advisory Board. He also served on the Clearwater Bar Foundation Board of Trustees and spent several years coaching little league baseball.
