Jennifer Rosinski is a board-certified trial lawyer who focuses her practice on personal injury defense. She joined Robinson, Pecaro and Mier in 2020 as a member of the firm’s litigation team. Before joining the RPM family, Jennifer was staff counsel for Farmers Insurance Exchange where she defended clients in high-exposure and complex litigation cases, including auto negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, UM, product and property liability, and pre-suit matters. She left Farmers as the Supervising Attorney for the Miami and Broward offices—managing and training other lawyers. It was during these years at Farmers, and with some unforgettable mentors, that Jennifer became a skilled trial attorney.
Jennifer was born and raised in South Florida. Prior to attending law school, she worked for many years at the Broward Sheriff’s Office where she provided public and community relations support for the agency. An avid competitive dancer growing up, she founded a nonprofit organization providing dance opportunities to children in underprivileged communities. In addition to working full time and running the nonprofit group, Jennifer attended undergrad at FAU part-time for nine years, while also raising two small children. In 2009, in one of her proudest moments, she earned her Bachelor’s degree and decided to leave her career in the public sector to become an attorney.
Jennifer received the Leo Goodwin Academic Scholarship that allowed her to attend Nova Southeastern University for law school. Before graduating in 2012 with her J.D., she served on the Nova Law Review and became published in the Nova Law Review Journal. She also received Book awards for being the top student in her research and writing classes.
With a background in communications and performance, it was only natural that Jennifer would be drawn to trial practice. She enjoys the challenges that come with being a female in the courtroom, knowing that sometimes, it just takes a woman to get the job done.
Jennifer still lives in South Florida with her husband and four children, plus dogs, cats, fish, and various marsupials. She volunteers with Legal Aid of Broward County representing victims of domestic violence and others who cannot afford legal representation. She is a member of and served for many years as an officer of DiveBar, a voluntary bar association with a focus on ocean philanthropy and conservation.
